Plaster Ceiling Roses, Samples & Small Items
Orders placed before 1pm are dispatched the same day via a fully trackable courier service. Orders received after 1pm will be dispatched the next working day.
Plaster Coving / Cornice, Dado Rails & Picture Rails
Due to the fragile nature of these larger items, they are delivered exclusively using our own vehicles to ensure safe handling. Standard delivery times are typically within 7 working days.
If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us directly—we'll do our best to accommodate urgent requests.
Please note: our delivery service is limited to specific areas. If your location falls outside our red or blue delivery zones, please get in touch before placing an order to confirm availability.
Returns Policy

Inspect Before Signing:
Please check all items carefully upon delivery. Once goods are signed for as being in good condition, we cannot accept returns for damage. -
Incorrect Items:
If we’ve supplied the wrong items, we will arrange collection and redeliver the correct goods at no additional cost to you. -
Incorrect Orders by Customer:
If you’ve ordered the wrong item, you may return it at your own expense—provided it arrives back to us in good condition. We will issue a full refund upon receipt. Please note: we cannot accept returns of incorrectly ordered goods that are damaged in transit back to us.
