At Plaster Coving Ltd, we know that when you’ve found the perfect ceiling rose or decorative moulding, you want it delivered quickly — and in pristine condition. That’s why our delivery process is built around two things: speed and safety.

Small Orders? We Ship Same Day

If you’ve ordered plaster ceiling roses, sample packs, or other smaller items, we aim to dispatch your order the very same day if it’s placed before 1pm. Orders placed after 1pm will go out the next working day via trackable courier. We’ve partnered with reliable delivery services to ensure you can follow your parcel’s journey from our hands to your home.

Fragile Items? Handled with Care

Larger, more delicate items like plaster coving, cornices, dado rails, and picture rails require a more personal touch. These pieces are hand-delivered in our own vehicles to protect them during transit — no conveyor belts, no careless handling, just direct, careful delivery by our experienced team.

Typical delivery times for these items are within 7 working days, and we’ll keep you updated every step of the way. However, because we use our own vans, our delivery area is limited. If you’re not in a red or blue delivery zone (see our UK delivery map), just give us a call before placing your order — we’ll always try to help.

In a Hurry? We’ve Got Options

If you’re working to a tight schedule or facing a project deadline, don’t worry — we can help. Dedicated nationwide deliveries are available for urgent orders. Whether it’s arranging same-week delivery or commissioning a direct courier, we’ll do everything we can to get your order to you on time.

Our Promise

Every item we ship is carefully packaged and checked. We ask that you do the same on delivery — please inspect your goods before signing for them, as we can’t accept returns for items that have been signed for in good condition but are later found damaged.

Got the wrong item? We’ll collect it and send the correct one at no cost to you. Ordered the wrong item? You can return it for a full refund, provided it’s in good condition. Just be sure to pack it with care — damaged returns can’t be refunded.
